Course materials must be returned within 21 days of date received or from the start date of class, whichever is later. A copy of the order receipt must be provided with any return. New course materials must be returned in new, unopened condition in order to receive credit or refund. All components of a bundled item must be returned together in the same return. All shrink wrapped items must be returned unopened and in the original shrink wrap to receive credit or refund. Downloaded eBooks are not returnable. Online eBooks may be returnable under certain circumstances. Please click on Contact Us at the top right corner of the Bookstore website to submit a request for the return of an eBook. Electronics, special ordered items, imprinted merchandise, and PODS (Print On Demand Titles) are non-returnable. Once POD is purchased the eBook counterpart becomes non-returnable. Clothing may be exchanged for a different size if the clothing is in new condition. Please specify the size needed on the order receipt with the return. Damaged course materials may be exchanged if they are received damaged and we are notified upon receipt of the damaged materials. If damaged materials are received, please use the Contact Us at the top right corner of the Bookstore website to contact us. Other than for damaged materials, shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
If you comply with the Returns/Exchange Policy, send the materials with the order receipt to Bookstore Returns Department, 160 Finn Court, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Ship the materials via UPS, FedEx, Registered Mail, or some other method which allows you to track the shipment. Click here to use our prepaid return label service. This service is only available for returns in the continental United States and may include a service fee. The appropriate Return Reason Code must be provided on the order receipt for each item being returned. If no Return Reason Code is provided, we will conclude the item is no longer needed. Upon receipt of the materials, and if the Return/Exchange Policy requirements are satisfied, the return/exchange will be processed, and if applicable, the refunded amount will be credited back to your method of payment. If the materials do not satisfy the Return/Exchange Policy requirements, no credit or refund will be provided, and the materials will not be sent back.
